Quilt making is a form of self-expression that should not be limited to the choices made by others. Our classes & workshops are designed to empower you to pursue your own quilt ideas while learning the skills required to accomplish your vision.

Beginner - I’ve never made a quilt before.
Novice - I’ve done some piecing and I’m adventurous.
Intermediate Plus - I’m ready for a challenge
General Course Requirements include a working sewing machine, rotary cutter and ruler, pins, thread, scissors. Tools are available for purchase in the shop.

If you want to try quilting but just don't know how to begin, this class is for you. We'll get you off and running by sharing years of piecing experience and advice on how to avoid the myriad mistakes we learned the hard way. Among the many things the class will cover:

I Love My Kids Workshop

To paper piece or not to paper piece? That is indeed the question as this round-table workshop explores a range of methods and substrates to piece the kid blocks. Fabric & gender selections will also be part of the conversation as well as individualizing your project.
